APPLICATIONS

Farmer Application (DOWNLOAD APPLICATION)
All produce must be grown in Ontario by a certified producer. We are especially interested in organically grown crops and specialty crops.

Food Purveyor Application (DOWNLOAD APPLICATION)
All prepared food, both prepackaged and food for on site consumption, must be produced by the purveyor.WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED SAMPLES.

Artisan Application (DOWNLOAD APPLICATION)
All art must be produced by the applying artist and will be subject to review by an Artisan jury to assure product quality, authenticity and appeal.

Holistic Practitioners Application(DOWNLOAD APPLICATION)
All Holistic Practitioners must provide an onsite service.Holistic Practioners may not sell products. If you have your own products to sell you must apply as a vendor.

Entertainer Application (DOWNLOAD APPLICATION)
We give priority to local musicians that complement the ambiance of our farmers markets.
